2013 Cordero di Montezemolo Monfalletto


One of the most robust versions of this wine I've had, with big time structure and a fair amount of very fine sediment on the tail end of the bottle. With the current state of the delicious tannins, it would be ideal to hold another 7 to 10 years. The fruit should definitely hold in there and contribute gracefully in development. There is a LOT of depth and complexity to this vintage. Impressive. 👍🍷

Paired scrumptiously with prime chateaubriand...
