Lemon, sage and grapefruit palate with mild, slightly tropical floral nose. Very creamy ... low acidity ... The clonal selection is said to have originated from Alto Adige. Paired well with sautéed shrimp diablo, lemon-herb risotto and marinated artichoke salad.
