Day X notes:
This wine needs more cellar time. Revisiting it I found it much more giving. The vegetal finish disappeared and was replaced by a brambly influence. Perhaps indicating some percentage of whole cluster in the wine with the stems being a bit on the green side at harvest.
In any case, the fruit opens slightly and the finish short and ok... not objectionable as when tasted pop and pour.
