Notes from the road in Sirmione on Lake Garda. .. charming resort town. First time I've had wine from St. Michael-Eppan in Alto Adige. The Sauvignon Blanc Sanct Valentin is delightful with delicious salinity and minerally fruit with velvet mouthfeel. Paired well with grilled lobster.
