Elysian Space Dust IPA

Clean, crisp attack followed by a beautiful,  mellow finish, highlighted by sweetness from the hops. Bitter tropicals up front transitioning to very pleasant resin-y influence...

2015 Domaine Marcel Deiss Gruenspiel

Field blend of Gewurz, Pinot Blanc and Riesling.
14% abv
Masterful co-plantation of varietals. Beautifully off-dry wine with a nicely balanced expression of fruit for a warm vintage.  Still a bit on the young side. This will develop nicely over the next decade.

2019 Bodegas Forjas del Salnes Albariño Leirana

Citrus attack with tropical notes peeking out in mid palate. This ferments in a combination of stainless steel and oak foudres... the oak is very well managed and contributes to a lush finish (for not having undergone malo). Fascinating heady texture for a young Albarino ...

A very well made Galician white wine...

Jacquesson Extra Brut 743 and 2017 Elk Cove La Bohème

Jacquesson 743 showing well. A solid bottle, but not really an exciting one.

2017 Elk Cove Boheme... aerated in a decanter for an hour or so. Drinking nicely now. Quite open knit and welcoming for a younger Yamhill pinot noir, with scrumptious fruit and round tannins. A crowd pleaser. Should develop well over the next handful of years..
